Preparing the package to be returned to us
Ensure the hair straightener has been placed in the original packaging. Please ensure you include:

- – Printed copy of our return form
Do I have to pay the postage to return my straightener?
The consumer makes the cost of returning the straightener to us for repairs.
Preparing to send the package
It is recommended that when returning your item, that you use a registered and insured delivery service. This will ensure you are able to keep track of your package at all times.
